Nigel’s Butchers is one of the longest standing businesses in Ashbourne. In April of 1982 Nigel Brown opened his doors to his very own shop on Dig Street, Ashbourne after 8 years of learning and perfecting his butchery skills. He set his sights on running his own butchery and has never looked back since. Now still trading after 40 years on the high street, Nigel and his valued members of staff collectively have over 130 years of knowledge in the industry. Together with his daughter Clare working by his side, we look forward to seeing where the next 40 years may take us.
We have a passion for providing the finest quality produce. Working alongside the farmers that supply us, we are able to secure that field to fork quality. Along with traditionally butchering all our Beef, Lamb, Pork and poultry, we also hand make all our burgers, sausages, pies and cooked meats.
Now with added lines of oven ready products with an ever growing range of exciting products appearing in the counter each week.
