DELIVERY POLICY

The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order. Once your order is complete and confirmed you will receive an email as confirmation once the payment has gone through.

The minimum order amount for delivery is £25.00 with a standard delivery fee of £4.95, any orders amounting to £70 and over will have free delivery.

We will debit the total cost of your order, including any delivery charge from your debit or credit card at the time you place your order.

We aim to deliver your order within the delivery slot requested. If there is nobody available at the delivery address supplied (given at the time the order is placed) we will leave a notification of the delivery instead either to the secondary address or secure place nominated by you at the time you place your order.

Our deliveries are made with ‘no signature required’. If for any reason there is nobody available to accept delivery at either the primary or secondary delivery addresses or you have asked us to leave your goods unattended in a secure place, Nigel’s Butchers disclaims all liability that may arise in consequences of the delivery being left unattended including theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

If your delivery is refused or not accepted at your secondary address supplied by yourself at the time of ordering, we cannot take responsibility for this and cannot offer a free replacement box.

Events outside of our control, for example – extreme weather conditions, epidemics, may occasionally result in us not being able to deliver at the requested time, on these occasions we will contact you to reschedule delivery. From time to time delivery may take an additional day due to seasonal variations or volume. To ensure you receive your goods on the day of your choice then please ensure as much notice is given where possible.
