Beef steak joint mince burger sirloin rump fillet and moreOur beef comes from two local Staffordshire farms which meet the highest standard in the farming industry and have produced a number of 1st prize winning cows. The animals are kept a minimum distance from the slaughterhouse to minimise distress and the carbon footprint. Once the beef arrives with us it is all hung and matured for at least three weeks to ensure maximum tenderness and maximum flavour.
